Use of the service

Globalink AI helps users connect authorized data sources, monitor business metrics, and review operational recommendations. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to connect and use each account, store, ad account, analytics property, or other data source they authorize.

Connected data sources

By connecting a data source, users authorize Globalink AI to access and process data from that source for the purpose of providing the service. Users may disconnect data sources when they no longer want Globalink AI to synchronize that data.

Account responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate account and integration details.
• Users must protect their login credentials, API keys, and connected account permissions.
• Users must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Data and recommendations

Dashboards, metrics, forecasts, and recommendations are provided for operational decision support. Users remain responsible for reviewing results and making final business decisions.

Service availability

We work to keep Globalink AI reliable and secure, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party platform changes, or other events outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
