Globalink AI
Globalink AI is an ecommerce decision intelligence platform for merchants. The product helps authorized users connect commerce, advertising, and analytics data sources so their teams can monitor business metrics, understand performance changes, and make operating decisions from one workspace.
How the application uses Google data
With user authorization, Globalink AI can read selected Google Ads and Google Analytics data for the merchant account connected by that user. The data is used to calculate dashboards, compare trends, and provide operational recommendations related to advertising, conversion, and ecommerce performance.
- Google Ads data may include campaign, ad group, cost, click, impression, conversion, and conversion value metrics.
- Google Analytics data may include traffic, engagement, conversion, ecommerce event, revenue, and audience reporting metrics.
- Globalink AI does not create, edit, or delete Google Ads campaigns unless a user explicitly enables a future workflow that requires that action.
Data protection and user control
Globalink AI uses connected account data only to provide the service requested by the user. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
- Users can disconnect data sources from the application.
- Access tokens and credentials are stored only for operating the connected data source.
- Users can request deletion of stored account data by contacting support.
